• Unlimited call/text/email support, which continues from the day you sign the contract through the fourth trimester

• On-call 24/7 starting from week 38 until birth

• Light birth photography

• 1 postpartum visit

• Lending Library of over 30 books for pregnancy, birth and postpartum

• Referrals to the trusted perinatal professionals in your area

Hospital/Birth Center - $1,600

Home Birth - $1,200

I have recently limited the hospitals I attend and practices I work with. I mainly support births with midwives at Hartford Hospital, Manchester Memorial Hospital, and Yale New Haven Hospital. If you are interested in switching hospitals or practices please reach out to talk through the options!

 

Please reach out if you are interested in having a doula attend your birth but are concerned about the financial commitment. I am always open to payment plans, and sometimes to bartering services. If I am unavailable for your birth, I will refer you to other trusted doulas!

Everything But The Birth

 

My EBTB package includes everything you see above except, you guessed it, the birth support!

It includes 2 prenatal meetings, 1 postpartum visit, all of my informational handouts and resources, and unlimited phone support throughout your pregnancy and the fourth trimester. This option is good for people who want a friend or family member to be their second support person, for people who will be birthing via planned c-section, and for people who are not local to me.

 

Investment: $600

Mini Birth Prep

​

My one-time Mini Birth Prep class is a 3 hour in-home or virtual session for you and your partner to discuss and practice the same things included in doula prenatals! This is the package for expecting parents who aren't quite sure they need/want in-person support, but know there is a lot of information they may miss out on by not having a doula! We discuss advocacy and shared decision making, practice partner support and comfort measures, create birth and postpartum plans, and talk about how to achieve your feeding goals.

 

Investment: $200
