As your postpartum doula, my job is to help you flow into life with a new baby! Whether you have no experience with newborns or you have older children, I can create a seamless transition for all. I help take some of the weight off your shoulders so you can rest, heal, and bond.

 

Some things I assist with during day shifts:

• processing your birth

• baby care tips

• feeding education

• washing and folding laundry

• household organization

• giving older siblings and pets a bit of extra attention

• washing and sanitizing bottles and pump parts

• preparing snacks & meals

• grocery shopping/ordering

• providing local resources

• going to pediatrician/chiropractor/lactation/etc. appointments with you

Some things I assist with during night shifts:

• getting you deep, restful sleep

• helping your baby learn how to sleep on a flat surface, and staying up and snuggling them when they are struggling to sleep alone

• processing your birth

• feeding education

• baby care tips

• folding laundry

• washing and sanitizing bottles and pump parts

• providing local resources

Daytime Care: $45/hr, 4hr shifts between 10am-4pm

Overnight Care: $40/hr, 10pm-6am

Awake Care: $70/hr, 10pm-6am

Twilight Shift: $50/hr, 7pm to 11pm

Sunrise Shift: $50/hr, 5am to 9am

Contract and retainer required to book. Travel fee applies for clients further than 20 miles.
