In-Home Cooking & Meal Prep

One of the most important aspects of the postpartum period is eating food that nourishes your healing body. You have just spent 9 months growing a human being - it's now time to feed your body comforting, energy-boosting meals! To start, we set up a time to talk on the phone about you and your family's food preferences and allergies so I can make sure we choose the best foods for this big transition. I am happy to offer suggestions, or cook your family's favorite recipes. I do all the list-making, grocery shopping, and clean-up so you don't have to worry about a thing! Shifts are between 4-6 hours at $50/hr, and I cook 3-5 recipes. Each recipe makes at least 4 servings.
