In-Home Cooking & Meal Prep
One of the most important aspects of the postpartum period is eating food that nourishes your healing body. You have just spent 9 months growing a human being - it's now time to feed your body warm, comforting, energy-boosting meals! To start, we set up a time to talk on the phone about you and your family's food preferences and allergies so I can make sure we choose the best foods for this big transition. I am happy to offer suggestions and recipes that past clients have loved, or cook your favorites! You can provide all needed groceries or I can do the grocery shopping to take one more thing off your plate. Shifts are between 4-6 hours at $50/hr - the amount of time depends on how much food you'd like me to cook.
